By accessing or using InstaAcquire ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Description of Service

InstaAcquire provides users with tools to automate Instagram direct messages for outreach and marketing purposes. The service includes features for campaign management, message sequencing, and analytics.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the content of your messages and your campaigns.
• You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to copyright laws.
• You must comply with Instagram's Terms of Use at all times. InstaAcquire is not responsible for any violation of Instagram's policies that may result in your account being restricted or banned.

5. Subscription and Payment

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). At the end of each Billing Cycle, your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or InstaAcquire cancels it.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not to a breach of the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall InstaAcquire, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
